Your label on garments made in Italy
Start from a design, a tech pack or a garment you want to rework. Italian workshops in our network make it to your specification, and the finished piece carries your brand on the label, not ours.

The problem today
Why your own label stalls before it reaches a workshop
No quote without a full tech pack
Plenty of factories will not price a garment until every measurement, trim and seam is drawn up, so a sketch or a reference never turns into a number.
A different maker for every garment
Shirts, tailoring and knitwear come from different workshops. A range of a few pieces turns into several supplier relationships, each with its own terms.
Minimums written for someone bigger
A minimum per style and per colour pushes a first order into quantities a growing brand cannot sell through.
Your name on someone else’s standard
When the approved sample and the delivered pieces drift apart, the customer sees your label, not the workshop’s.
What changes with Caprice
What you get under your own label
Your brand on every piece
Garments are made under your brand. Labelling sits in the specification next to the cloth, construction, fit and trims, so it is decided before anything is cut.
From a reference to a specification
Send a sketch, a tech pack, a garment to copy or a photo of something close. We work it into a production-ready specification with you.
Several garment types, one platform
Shirts, jackets and knitwear can sit in the same range. Every order is routed to a workshop in the network that makes that garment type, so you do not keep a maker per category.
Sample first, then production
A sample is made in the chosen cloth and refined with you. Production follows your approval, and quality control checks the finished pieces before they ship.
Private label or white label
Develop a garment to your own design, or work from a reference garment and finish it under your label. Both are produced the same way, in Italy.
Every order visible
Cloth, making and quality control are coordinated for you, and each order shows its stages on a production timeline you can check at any point.

How a private label order runs
From reference to finished garment
- 01
Send your starting point
A sketch, a tech pack, a sample or a reference photo, with what you sell today and where.
- 02
Agree the specification
Cloth, construction, fit, trims and labelling are written into one production-ready specification.
- 03
Approve the sample
A sample is made, you review it and we refine it. Production waits for your sign-off.
- 04
Made, checked, delivered
The workshop produces the order, quality control checks it, and it ships to you or to your customer.
Private label questions
Producing under your own label, answered
What is the difference between private label and white label clothing?
Private label means the garment is developed for your brand: your design or reference, your choice of cloth, construction, fit and trims, and your label. White label starts from a design that already exists and finishes it under your label, so there is less to develop and less that is unique to you. We produce both in Italy, and one range can combine them, for example a white label shirt beside a jacket developed to your own design. Either way the specification records every choice, labelling included, before a sample is made, so you know exactly what will carry your name.
What do I need to send to start a private label order?
Whatever you already have. A sketch, a tech pack, a garment you want reworked or a photo of a reference is enough to start, together with what you sell today and where you sell it. We build the production-ready specification with you from there. If something cannot be judged from a picture, such as a particular cloth or a construction detail, we ask, and it is settled in the specification before a sample is made. Anything else the order needs is agreed per project.
Whose label goes on the garments?
Yours. The garments are produced under your brand, and the label is part of the specification alongside the cloth, the construction, the fit and the trims. What the label shows is your decision, so the pieces your customers receive carry your name rather than ours. If you already have labels, say so in your first message; if not, how they are sourced is agreed per project.
How does sample approval work for a private label?
The sample is made in the cloth and construction you chose and sent to you to judge fit, finish and detail. You tell us what to change, we refine it, and the loop repeats until it is right. How many rounds that takes, and how long, is agreed per project, because it depends on the garment and on whether the cloth is in stock or milled to order. Production follows your approval and is made to the sample you signed off. Production lead times by garment group are published with the other production facts on the home page.
