The problem today
What slows good workshops down
Idle capacity between seasons
Gaps between orders are expensive. Machines and skilled hands cost the same whether or not there is work on the floor.
Client acquisition is a second job
Finding brands means fairs, agents, cold outreach and quoting work that was never a fit. It takes the time you should spend producing.
Unclear briefs
Incomplete tech packs, vague measurements and endless messages turn into rework, delays and disputes.
One-off jobs, not repeat work
Single orders do not justify setup. What pays is a brand that comes back every season.
What changes with Caprice
New production volume, without chasing it
Orders allocated to your specialism
When a brief matches what you produce and the capacity you have free, the order routes to you. No broadcasting jobs to everyone.
Client acquisition handled
We find, qualify and manage the brands. You never quote a lead that was never going to convert.
Recurring, not one-off
Made-to-order brands reorder continuously rather than once a season, which turns matched work into a repeating base load.
Clear, structured specs
Every order arrives with measurements, materials and instructions in a consistent format, so your team can start immediately.

Questions from manufacturers
Joining the network, answered
What kind of workshops and factories do you work with?
We partner with Italian workshops, factories and ateliers that produce tailoring and ready-to-wear to a high standard: jackets, suits, shirts, trousers, knitwear, outerwear and accessories. Both small artisan workshops and larger production units fit the network.
How do I get brand orders through Caprice Bespoke?
Tell us what you make, your capacity and your standards. We match you with brands whose products fit your specialism and send well-specified orders. You focus on production while we manage the brand relationship.
Is there a cost to join the manufacturing network?
Joining the network to be considered for orders does not require an upfront fee. Share your capabilities and we will discuss how we work together before any commitment. Email manufacturing@capricebespoke.com to begin.
Who handles communication with the brands?
We do. Caprice coordinates briefs, scheduling and follow-up with the brand, and passes you clear, structured specifications. That reduces back-and-forth, rework and disputes so you can stay on the floor.
Do orders come with complete specifications?
Yes. Each order arrives with measurements, materials and production instructions in a consistent format, so your team can begin without chasing missing details.
How does Caprice match my workshop to the right brand orders?
Matching is based on fit, not volume. When you join, we record what you actually produce well: the garment types, construction methods, fabrics you handle and your realistic capacity. When a brand brief comes in, we route it to the workshops whose specialism and availability match it, rather than broadcasting every job to everyone. That means the orders you receive are ones you are equipped to make to standard, so you spend less time quoting work that was never a fit and more time producing pieces that suit your floor.
What quality standard is expected, and how is it managed?
Brands come to a Made-in-Italy network for genuine quality, so every order is produced to an agreed specification and checked against it. Quality is managed in stages rather than only at the end: the brief and materials are confirmed before cutting, production follows the approved sample, and finished pieces are inspected before they ship. Clear specifications up front are what make this work, because most quality disputes come from ambiguity, not capability. Workshops that consistently meet standard become the first choice for repeat and higher-value orders in the network.
