Who it is for

Who orders shirts through the network

Made-to-measure shirt services

Send measurements with each order and every shirt is cut to that customer, so a shirt service runs without a cutting room of its own.

Brands with a shirting line

Develop your collars and fits once in the specification, then reorder by cloth and size.

Stores

Hold samples by collar and cloth family and produce after the sale, in the customer’s size or measurements.

Ceremony and wedding

White poplin and twill ceremony shirts, ordered in the numbers a wedding party needs.

What we produce

What the network makes in shirts

Dress shirts

Cotton poplin and twill, classic and ceremony collars, single and double cuffs.

Casual shirts

Linen, cotton-linen stripes, oxford and button-down flannel, with patch or barchetta pockets.

Womenswear

Linen and cotton-linen shirts and pure silk shirts, plain or printed.

Overshirts

Wool-silk and corduroy overshirts, cut between a shirt and a jacket.

Your details

Collar, cuff, placket, pocket, buttons and label are fixed in the specification before the sample is made.

Sizes or measurements

Cut to one customer or made as a size run, through the same ordering workflow.

How ordering works

From your reference to delivered pieces

  1. 01

    Send your starting point

A sketch, a tech pack, a garment to rework or a reference photo, with what you sell today and where.

    Agree the specification

Cloth, construction, fit, trims and labelling go into one production-ready specification.

  3. 03

    Approve the sample

A sample is made and refined with you. Production waits for your sign-off.

  4. 04

    Made, checked, delivered

The workshop produces the order, quality control checks it, and it ships to you or to your customer.

Questions, answered

Shirt production, answered

Do you produce shirts for other brands?

Yes. Shirts and overshirts are made in Italy for brands, stores and made-to-measure services, and they carry your label. You send a design, a tech pack, a shirt to rework or a reference photo, and we specify it with you: collar, cuff, placket, pockets, fit, cloth, buttons and label. The order goes to a workshop in our network that makes shirts, a sample is made and refined, and production follows your approval. Dress and ceremony shirts, casual linen and oxford shirts, silk shirts for womenswear and overshirts all run through the same process, and quality control checks the cloth before cutting and every shirt before it ships.

Can I order a single shirt made to measure?

Yes. The minimum order is 1 piece, so one shirt cut to one customer’s measurements is a valid order. That is how a made-to-measure service or a store uses the network: the customer chooses the cloth and the details, you send the measurements, and the shirt is made after the sale. The same model can also be produced as a run in standard sizes when you want stock. Unit cost moves with quantity and is quoted before you commit.

How long does shirt production take?

Shirts and overshirts take 2–3 weeks of production, the shortest of any garment group we make. The weeks count from confirmed measurements and specifications, so they start once you have approved the sample; how long sampling takes is agreed per project, because it depends on the style and on whether the cloth is in stock or milled to order. Runs of 50 pieces or more get their own schedule, agreed per order. Courier transit from Italy then adds 2–3 working days within Italy, 3–5 working days to Europe, including the UK and Switzerland, and 3–5 working days to the USA and Canada. Express shipping is available on request.

How do I order shirts under my own label?

Start with the enquiry form on this page. Tell us what you sell today, where you sell it and the shirts you want made, and attach whatever you have: a sketch, a tech pack, a garment to rework or a reference photo. We turn it into a production-ready specification with you, a sample is made and refined, and production starts when you approve it. If the design is your own, the private label page explains how that works; if you want to test a style or reorder what sells, read the small-batch page; the brands page covers the rest, including made-to-order for retailers. The minimum order is 1 piece. Unit cost moves with quantity and is quoted before you commit.
