Who it is for

Who orders trousers through the network

Brands completing a range

Trousers sell with jackets, knitwear and shirts. Adding them through the same platform adds a garment to the order, not a supplier to manage.

Suit and separates sellers

Order trousers in the same cloth as a jacket, or as separates in their own cloth and cut.

Made-to-measure services

Waist, rise, leg and hem are cut to each customer’s measurements, so the fit is set at the cutting table.

Womenswear labels

Palazzo and cigarette trousers and midi pencil skirts in wool-cashmere, wool-bamboo and suiting cloth.

What we produce

What the network makes in trousers

Dress trousers

Flat-front and pleated, slim and regular, with belt loops or side adjusters.

Relaxed cuts

Drawstring trousers in linen and joggers in wool flannel, made with the same care as dress trousers.

Formal trousers

Tuxedo trousers in wool-mohair and striped trousers for morning dress.

Womenswear

Palazzo and cigarette trousers, and midi pencil skirts to match a jacket.

Cloth chosen inside the order

Wool, flannel, linen, cotton, corduroy, wool-cashmere and wool-bamboo from mills supplying the network.

Finishing in the specification

Pockets, waistband, turn-ups and hem are decided before the sample is cut.

How ordering works

From your reference to delivered pieces

  1. 01

    Send your starting point

A sketch, a tech pack, a garment to rework or a reference photo, with what you sell today and where.

  2. 02

    Agree the specification

Cloth, construction, fit, trims and labelling go into one production-ready specification.

  3. 03

    Approve the sample

A sample is made and refined with you. Production waits for your sign-off.

  4. 04

    Made, checked, delivered

The workshop produces the order, quality control checks it, and it ships to you or to your customer.

Questions, answered

Trouser production, answered

Can trousers be ordered on their own, without a jacket?

Yes. Trousers are a category of their own, not only half of a suit. A brand can order dress trousers, drawstring linen trousers or flannel joggers as separates, in their own cloth and cut, and a store can sell them made to measure. When trousers do belong with a jacket, ordering them in the same cloth inside the same specification keeps the two matched. Either way they are made in Italy by a workshop in our network that makes trousers, under your label, after a sample you have approved.

Do you make trousers to measure?

Yes. Send the customer’s measurements with the order and the trousers are cut to them: waist, seat, rise, leg length and hem are set at the cutting table, rather than corrected afterwards. The same style can also be made as a run in standard sizes for stock, through the same ordering workflow. The minimum order is 1 piece, so a single made-to-measure pair is a valid order.

How long does trouser production take?

Trousers and skirts take 3–4 weeks of production. Trousers that belong to a bespoke suit with fittings follow the suit’s schedule of 8–12 weeks. The weeks count from confirmed measurements and specifications, so they start once you have approved the sample; how long sampling takes is agreed per project, because it depends on the style and on whether the cloth is in stock or milled to order. Runs of 50 pieces or more get their own schedule, agreed per order. Courier transit from Italy then adds 2–3 working days within Italy, 3–5 working days to Europe, including the UK and Switzerland, and 3–5 working days to the USA and Canada. Express shipping is available on request.

How do I order trousers under my own label?

Start with the enquiry form on this page. Tell us what you sell today, where you sell it and the trousers you want made, and attach whatever you have: a sketch, a tech pack, a garment to rework or a reference photo. We turn it into a production-ready specification with you, a sample is made and refined, and production starts when you approve it. If the design is your own, the private label page explains how that works; if you want to test a style or reorder what sells, read the small-batch page; the brands page covers the rest, including made-to-order for retailers. The minimum order is 1 piece. Unit cost moves with quantity and is quoted before you commit.
